  • Everyone! We have experience working with young kids, older adults, serious athletes, and general gym-goers. Our clients are here for a wide variety of reasons - general health and fitness, injury prevention, pre-surgery preparation, post-injury rehabilitation, preparation for competition, and more. 

  • Yes! Sessions are programmed individually, even within the group training times, to meet you at your current ability level. If you are concerned about integrating directly into the group training environment, we recommend starting with personal training sessions. Reach out to chat and we will find the perfect fit for you. 

  • Just you, dressed to work out!

    Have previous experience with barbell training or CrossFit? Great! Bring what you would normally use for those types of workouts.

    Have no experience with this style of training? Also great! Our staff will meet you where you’re at and provide an educational experience designed to have you feeling confident and excited for your next session.

  • All pricing information can be found here! If you would like to train, but aren’t sure about committing to this investment at this time, please reach out to chat. 

  • Absolutely - beginning June 2026 we will be accepting drop-ins. Whether you’re a visiting weightlifter, Crossfitter, athlete, or general strength enthusiast, we would love to host you.

    The drop-in fee is $30 and you need to sign in for a group training session. There are no true “open gym” hours, but you are welcome to utilize your own programming during group training sessions. Please reach out to connect and let us know when you will be here. 

  • Requests for remote programming are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and let’s chat!

  • There are two bathrooms and space to change clothes. We do not have a shower.
