MEMBERSHIPS

Time spent in the gym should complement the rest of your life, not detract from it. Whatever you’re into - outdoor adventure, endurance sports, yoga, indoor cycling, chasing around after your little ones, and more - strength is the foundation upon which everything else is built.

Our expert coaches believe in solid fundamentals and simple programming, with creative twists and personal touches at every turn. We have experience working with high level athletes, regular gym-goers, older individuals, and young kids. Anyone and everyone can benefit from strength training when it’s done in a productive, intentional, and thoughtful way.

STRENGTH FOR EVERYONE

The main training floor has six platforms, three power racks, and three squat stands. The warm up area includes foam rollers and other mobility tools as well as dumbbells and kettlebells. There are two bathrooms, each large enough to serve as a dressing room. Cubbies in the back area near the bathrooms are a great place to keep bags, jackets, phones, and shoes.

THE SPACE

PARKING

Street parking is available along 1st Street, in front of the building. Please respect any posted signage along 1st Street. Additional parking is available around the back of the building, in the gravel area just inside the fence.

What is a training hall?

This space is more than just a gym - it’s a community space to learn and develop. Halls have long been used as places to gather together for a common purpose or for higher learning. Lecture halls denote a passion for study and a reverence for knowledge. Concert halls are places where skilled musicians come together to raise standards of excellence in their craft. In martial arts traditions, training halls are formal gathering spaces dedicated to both physical progress and psychological development. These spaces are considered sacred meeting places for their respective communities.

Yes, this space is about fitness, strength, and improving your physical self. But it’s also a place to hone your psychological capacity, to get in touch with your emotions, to be more and more of your fullest, truest, most real self. It’s a place to be present with others and to connect deeply with your self. It’s a place to learn, grow, and dive fully into the human experience.
