Membership POLICIES

Gift Cards: All gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 

Retail Items: Unused, regular price merchandise will be accepted for a full refund or account credit within 14 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges without a receipt. Questions about returns can be directed to hello@teanawaytraininghall.com


Changes to These Membership Policies: These policies are effective as of June 1, 2026. We may change these policies from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on our website and communicated in person to the best of our ability. By accessing the website and mobile applications, or utilizing our facilities, memberships, and services after we make any such changes to these policies, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please refer back to these policies on a regular basis.

Code of Conduct
Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and considerate manner while using our facilities and services. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, damage to equipment, intoxication, illegal drug use, or disruptive conduct may result in suspension or termination of memberships without refund.

Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these membership policies or unsafe, abusive, unlawful, and/or disruptive conduct.

Eligibility and Age Requirements
Individuals under 18 may use our website and mobile applications, facilities, or memberships only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Membership and Account Responsibilities
Members and clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information, including billing and contact information. Members and clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login credentials and for all activity occurring under their account. Sharing memberships or accounts without authorization is prohibited.

Payments and Billing
Memberships and services may be subject to recurring billing. By purchasing a membership or service, you authorize TBS Strength LLC DBA Teanaway Training Hall and its third-party payment processors to charge the payment method provided for applicable membership fees, class packages, retail purchases, late cancellation fees, and other authorized charges. Membership pricing, personal training pricing, package pricing, and service availability are subject to change at any time. We will do our best to give reasonable notice about changes to pricing and service availability. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of services or memberships.


Reservations: You must reserve a spot in a session. This helps ensure the best experience for everyone and ensure classes are not overly full. If the session you would like to attend is full, please join the waitlist. 

Waitlist: If you have joined a waitlist, and a space becomes available in that class, members will be automatically added, in the order they joined the waitlist, up to one hour before the session start time.

Cancelling a Reservation: Reservations for group sessions can be changed or cancelled any time prior to the start of a session. Cancel online or in the Pike13 mobile app. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in the loss of that session credit and a $15 no-show fee. 

Cancelling a Recurring Membership: All recurring memberships renew on the first of the calendar month. Memberships that begin mid-month will be prorated for the remainder of that month, and then the full amount is charged on the first of the next month. Unused sessions do not roll over into the next billing period. You may cancel a recurring membership at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Please give at least 24 hours notice before the next billing cycle begins, to allow staff time to process the cancellation. You will not be refunded for the remainder of the month in which you cancel.

Cancelling a Private Training Session: You may cancel or reschedule a private training session up to 12 hours prior to the start of the session. No shows and cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged the full amount owed for the session.

Placing a Hold on a Membership: Holds cannot be placed on monthly memberships. You may cancel your monthly membership according to our cancellation policy, and then re-start recurring billing at a later date. Punchcard expiration dates are made known at time of purchase and can not be extended. Exceptions may be made in the case of injury, pregnancy, or long-term illness at the discretion of Teanaway Training Hall staff.
