By accessing or using the website and mobile applications, facilities, or memberships operated by TBS Strength, LLC DBA Teanaway Training Hall (hereby referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, effective June 1, 2026.

Eligibility and Age Requirements
Individuals under 18 may use our website and mobile applications, facilities, or memberships only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Membership and Account Responsibilities
Members and clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information, including billing and contact information. Members and clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login credentials and for all activity occurring under their account. Sharing memberships or accounts without authorization is prohibited.

Payments and Billing
Memberships and services may be subject to recurring billing. By purchasing a membership or service, you authorize TBS Strength LLC DBA Teanaway Training Hall and its third-party payment processors to charge the payment method provided for applicable membership fees, class packages, retail purchases, late cancellation fees, and other authorized charges. Membership pricing, personal training pricing, package pricing, and service availability are subject to change at any time. We will do our best to give reasonable notice to membership about changes to pricing and service availability. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of services or memberships. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details about membership cancellations, freezes, and refunds.

Code of Conduct
Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and considerate manner while using our facilities and services. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, damage to equipment, intoxication, illegal drug use, or disruptive conduct may result in suspension or termination of memberships without refund.

Assumption of Risk
Participation in strength training, fitness activities, and use of gym equipment involves inherent risks. All members are required to execute a separate liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement. Individuals under 18 must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Medical Disclaimer
Our services are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Intellectual Property
Our logo, programming, website content, website content, photos, branding, and related materials are the property of TBS Strength LLC DBA Teanaway Training Hall and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Photo and Video Release
Our staff may take photos or videos to be used for social media and website placements. Photo or video content of individuals under 18 will not be used without consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you prefer not to have your photo used on social media or website placement, please contact us at hello@teanawaytraininghall.com. We cannot guarantee that you will not appear in the background of other photos, but can do our reasonable best to keep from directly posting your likeness on social media and our website as requested.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBS Strength LLC DBA Teanaway Training Hall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website and mobile applications, facility, or participation in services.

Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or unsafe, abusive, unlawful, and/or disruptive conduct.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
